Shipping Cost

Flat shipping rate: $9.95 on all orders.

While KonicaMart uses reasonable efforts to meet the estimated shipping and delivery dates provided, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or circumstances beyond our control.

Order Changes

Once an order has been confirmed, it cannot be modified or canceled.
If you wish to return an item, please initiate the return process after receiving your order, in accordance with our return policy.

Item/Order Not Received

If your order shows “Delivered” in the tracking information but you have not received it, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to locate your package, as responsibility transfers to the carrier once the item has been shipped.

Tracking Information Issues

In some cases, tracking information may not be immediately available due to technical delays or carrier system updates.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).
Tracking numbers typically become active within 24 hours.

Damages/Lost

We take great care in packing your order, but once it’s in the hands of the shipping carrier, delays or damage can occasionally occur.

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier to file a claim, as they handle delivery-related issues.
