Return Policy – Change of Mind (Customer Remorse)

If you change your mind, you may return eligible items within 14 days, starting from the day after you receive your order.

To ensure a smooth return process, please notify us in advance by emailing konicamart@gmail.com.

Conditions for Customer Remorse Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items with a manufacturer seal must be unopened
  • The item must be in its original packaging, including all original accessories
  • You must contact us before sending any item back
  • Returned items must be shipped within 14 days of receiving our return instructions

Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as this may delay or prevent processing.

Return Policy – Damaged, Wrong, or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, incorrect, or not functioning properly, please contact us as soon as possible at KonicaMart support Team

In these cases, you have 14 days (starting the day after delivery) to return the item for a refund or replacement. This also includes items that become faulty within 14 days of receiving your order.

Restocking Fee

There is no restocking fee for returned items.

How to Return an Order

To start a return, please email konicamart@gmail.com and include:

  • Your order number
  • The reason for the return

Packing & Shipping Instructions

  • Securely pack the item(s) in a sturdy box
  • Use the return address provided by our team
  • Ship the package using your preferred post office or shipping provider

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 24 hours, provided it has not yet been shipped.

If your order has already shipped, please follow the return process outlined above based on your reason for return.

Lost Shipments

If atleast 2 days have passed since the expected delivery date and your order has not arrived, please contact us at KonicaMart support email.

We will investigate the shipment with the courier, which may take up to 5 business days.
If the package cannot be located after this period, the shipment will be declared lost, and you may choose between:

  • A full refund, or
  • A replacement shipment

Refund Process

Once your returned item is received at our warehouse and inspected, we will process your refund.
Approved refunds are issued within 5–10 business days and will be credited to the original payment method.
